I have completed one masters in economics, second in Business Administration. Furthermore, I have completed MS in Project Management recently.



I have diverse institutional and multicultural knowledge of the development sector having more than 14 years progressive experience specifically within monitoring and evaluation of various projects including child protection, education, community development, sustainable agriculture development, and climate change with various national, international NGOs.



I have strong experience in monitoring and evaluation for emergencies and developmental programs. My extensive experience includes developing TORs, hiring of data collection team and consultants, tools development, data collection, SWOT, SCOPEO Kids survey, analysis, and reporting. I have successfully led different detail /rapid need assessments, baselines, mid/end-line evaluations, climate assessment surveys.



I was looked into complaint mechanisms for accountability and transparency of all projects during my stay with World Vision and Save the Children. I also facilitated International level assignments with the consultants on Digital Story Telling with WomenWin, Child Photo Project with Insightshare and Mix for the Baseline of Growing Together project.



I feel blessed that I have worked with so many renowned national and international organizations in different roles. My last engagement with Handicap International to monitor a portfolio project at a regional position was a great experience for me. My selection with UNFAO is a reward for that. Now since 2019, I am engaged with the horticulture advancement activity project in KP.



All this comprehensive experience of working with the NGO sector including UNFAO motivates me to apply for this training to improve my career further.
